"If you are anything like me....you really didn't think about Jim when your car is running great and doesn't need anything. You knew Jim would just be there (at his old location) when something came up.

Much to my surprise last week, when I walked into the old location, and Jim was not standing behind the counter, welcoming back, smiling, and remembering my name. There was someone else, informing me that Jim left a few weeks ago to start his own repair shop. Although I was listening to this new guy telling me that he would provide the same service Jim gave to his customers, I knew that was impossible. I had to find Jim.

I knew that Jim was the only car guy I could trust to keep my car running well and who was more about providing good customer service than using me like an ATM machine! I was happy that my search lead me to My Car Guy and to Jim.

My car just received the suburb service it got accustomed to from Jim, and I, as the happy driver, drove away yesterday, knowing that I not only got a great deal and great service, but Jim, is now My Car Guy, and will continue to be. I may not think about Jim again until I need him, but when I do, I know he will take care of me, and I know where to find him...MYCARGUY-MN!
